  We maintain strong working relationships with local real estate agents and property managers to advocate for your rights as a tenant, arrange necessary modifications, and troubleshoot any tenancy issues proactively.
   
• Ongoing Housing Support to Ensure Stability
  Maintaining housing stability is key to a successful living arrangement. FlexiCare provides ongoing support such as tenancy management advice, conflict resolution, assistance with rental payments where applicable, and connecting you to other relevant community or government resources.
   
• Home Modifications and Accessibility Support
  We can help coordinate assessments and applications for home modifications to improve accessibility, safety, and comfort, collaborating with occupational therapists and builders to ensure your home adapts to your changing needs.
